Hey y'all, today Gina, Cass, Anthony and Annabelle celebrated the opening of Maine Mud Season by going to Two Lights Park and communing with our wild friend, the North Atlantic. The sea was angry today -- or at least mildly displeased; she almost covered us in spray while we scampered across lichen and shell-encrusted rocks. We tried A-belle in "baby-out" Snuggly position for the first time. She lasted two minutes (long enough for us to get one cute photo and one "it looks like she's smiling but she's really screaming" photo). Then it was back to face-chest-out/like/a/light pose. Much Better.
Two Lights was the only stop today wherin we did not partake of some baked good. G and C raided every bakery in town this morning -- we had Whoopie Pie for lunch, chocolate cupcakes for second lunch, and sour cherry pie for pre-dinner. Sweeeeeet!
